A person was charged Wednesday with hate crimes in New York Metropolis after prosecutors say he attacked Muslims and tried to forcibly take away a lady’s hijab.
Naved Durrni, 30, is accused of a collection of hate crimes over the course of about 5 weeks throughout which he allegedly adopted Muslims in Queens earlier than yelling anti-Muslim statements and attacking them, in line with a press release from the Queens District Legal professional’s Workplace.
